We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to emails, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders efficiently. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Professional Call Handling:
    • Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  2. Customer Query Resolution:
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and understanding.
    • Provide customers with complete product and service information, ensuring clarity and transparency.
    • Manage difficult situations with confidence and work towards a resolution that satisfies the customer and aligns with company policies.
  3. Order Processing and Documentation:
    • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
    • Ensure all information is documented correctly to maintain company records and streamline follow-up procedures.
  4. Escalation of Priority Issues:
    • Identify and escalate critical or priority issues to the relevant departments for timely resolution.
    • Follow up with internal teams to ensure that customer concerns are addressed swiftly.
  5. Coordination and Follow-up:
    • Coordinate with concerned departments if customer queries require a second-step follow-up.
    • Monitor progress and update customers as required to maintain satisfaction.
  6. Business Lead Generation and Reporting:
    • Generate business leads and follow up with the business development team.
    • Ensure proper reporting of lead closures to the line manager to maintain transparency and accountability.
  7. Other Duties as Assigned:
    • Perform additional tasks as directed by the line manager, ensuring seamless support to the team and customers.

Remuneration Package:

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 30,000 to 35,000 for full-time employees.

Leave Entitlements:

  • 10 Sick Leaves per year
  • 10 Casual Leaves per year
  • 07 Annual Leaves after the completion of one year of service

  • Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
