To support our growing business, we are looking for a friendly and skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main connection between our company and our loving customers. Your role is very important in ensuring that customers are happy and their questions are answered quickly and clearly. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  1. Contact with Customers:
    • Answer customer questions quickly by phone, email, or live chat.
    • Explain our Services and products clearly and accurately so customers understand what we offer.
    • Help customers with order placement, order tracking, and account management.
    • Make sure every customer feels important and valued during each conversation.
  2. Solve Problems:
    • Listen carefully to customer problems and find solutions quickly.
    • If the problem is not being resolved, work with other team members.
    • Follow up with customers after solving their problems to ensure they are happy and ask them for feedback.
    • Share common problems with the other team members to improve our services and avoid future issues.
  3. Keep Records Updated:
    • Document important details of customer payment, interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
    • Update customer information in our system timely manner to keep records accurate and up to date.
    • Help organize data for easy access when needed.
  4. Follow Company Rules:
    • Remember and follow company guidelines and policies while talking to clients.
    • Keep all customer personal and billing information safe and private according to company standards.
    • Make sure all conversations are professional and respectful.
  5. Work with the Team:
    • Support your team members by sharing information and helping solve problems.
    • Share ideas with team members to improve processes and make customer service professional.
    • Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions properly to improve your skills.

What We Need From You:

  • Experience: 0-1 year in customer service or a related job in this field.
  • Only females are encouraged to apply.
  • Good English skills (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to understand and solve problems quickly and stay calm under any situation.
  • Expert in basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and handle different projects at the same time.
  • Patience and politeness when talking to customers.

Other Requirements:

  • A good internet connection is required for smooth communication.
  • A working laptop with the necessary software installed, like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Backup power options for 6-8 hours in case of power outages.
  • Willing to work in different shifts (morning/evening).
  • Ready to sign a work contract.
