• Handle coming and outgoing calls professionally and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer confusion and inquiries, providing authentic information and solutions.
• It is important to maintain and update all records of customer processes and transactions properly.
• Solve all problems, complaints, and troubleshoot in a prop
• er way and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to observe and enhance the overall customer service experience.

• Identify and observe the Customer Needs and recommend the best solutions to their Problems.

Skills Required

• Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.

• Basic Computer skills, including MS Office, M, S Word, and call handling software.
• Problem-Solving Skills and attention to customer detail.
• Strong listening skills and a customer service-focused mind
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Quick understanding and learning ability for understanding telecom services and processes.
